A degree in hospitality and tourism at the Gastronomic College. Executive MBA at the Madrid Chamber of commerce, Jorge Velasco, gastronomic advisor for businesses such as Único Hoteles, Life Gourmet Catering, and MSC Cruises, spent the last ten years working hand to hand with Ramón Freixa (2 Michelin stars y 3 “Soles Repsol”) as Gastronomic Director.

A life dedicated to cooking. Joaquin Serrano started his journey at the best places (Celler de Can Roca) and with the bests (Dani Garcia, Diego Guerrero). Upon his arrival in Madrid, Kabuki, Cañadío, and Álbora were witnesses of his creations. He was nominated for Revelation chef of the year at Madrid Fusión with his project Efímero. After, Inclán Brutal Bar, La Martinuca, and Caluana, amongst others, could enjoy his creations. Pure creativity is now in MamaQuilla.
